I’m a customer with goodtill for the last 5 years, tried to get a card reader since 10th of August and was executed to Tom Savage, who stopped responding to my e-mails and the calls, so I needed to call the customer support to find out why is this and obviously Tom went on yearly leave and never ever set up out of workplace and never passed my request to anyone else.
